Beth Glassman is the Vice President of Human Resources for Brandywine Realty Trust. She is responsible for initiating, managing and administrating personnel programs and protocols for the company. Prior to joining Brandywine, Ms. Glassman served as the Director of Human Capital, North America with Duff & Phelps (formerly Standard & Poor’s and PricewaterhouseCoopers). Prior to that, she worked in several capacities with its predecessor companies, including Director of Human Resources and Manager Human Resources. Ms. Glassman’s background in human resources includes employee development, compensation, performance management, employee relations and employee recognition.

Ms. Glassman has been actively involved in volunteer efforts with Womens Way, a federation with a mission to raise money and public awareness to fight for and achieve women’s equality, safety, and self-sufficiency through women-centered funding, advocacy and education. Ms. Glassman is a graduate of Widener University School of Law (J.D. in law), and Tufts University (B.A., political science).
