Anthony S. Rimikis is Brandywine's Senior Vice President of Development Services. Mr. Rimikis joined Brandywine as an executive in October 1997. Previously he was Vice President for Emmes Realty Services of New York where he had responsibility for that firm’s construction activities in New Jersey and Maryland. Mr. Rimikis holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Finance from LaSalle University. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Drexel University’s Richard P. Goodwin College of Professional Studies and also serves on the Technical Advisory Committee for the College. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Rimikis also serves on the Construction Industry Committee benefiting the Boy Scouts of America.
